Vander
“When people look up to you, you don’t get to be selfish. You say run, they run. You say swim, they dive in. You say light a fire, they show up with oil. But whatever happens, it’s on you.”
Vander was no stranger to war and very familiar with leadership. He was also known for protecting Zaun and his adopted children, who he strived to teach good life lessons and how to stay strong.
Vander reminds Vi that not only do her actions have consequences, but if she acts as a leader, she has to consider the lives of her comrades and how they will follow her every word, and whatever happens to them falls on her. It's a good lesson on selflessness and how the actions of one individual can affect those around them.
Silco
“Betrayal, that pain that feels like it’ll eat you from the inside out, can either break you or forge you into something greater.”
One of the strongest characters in Arcane, themain antagonist Silcohas many great quotes. He’s a complex figure that shows the audience his weaknesses through his discussions with Jinx. And while he is not a great individual, his words can still strike a chord with watchers.
For Silco, betrayal turned to hate and wanting revenge while building an empire built on selling Shimmer. This betrayal created a bond between him and Jinx when Vi left and was later dragged away when she attempted to run towards her sister. This quote shows how this betrayal can cause one to become bitter and angry, seeking out revenge and building something based on that inner hate. Or, while the betrayal leaves behind pain, the individual can still move forward, leading a good, happy life.
Heimerdinger
“No great science should ever put lives in danger.”
The fuzzy, great scientist, dean, and Counselman, Heimerdinger is not only one of Arcane's best inventors, but a wise individual who is respected for his accomplishments and his continuous effort to help the people of Piltover. While he may come off as being stubborn and cautious when it comes to the Hextech project, he provides good advice that gets ignored.
While wanting to take the slow and steady route with the project, the other council members disagreed and ultimately had Heimerdinger retire. One piece of advice that he provided was that science should not put the lives of others in danger. Not taking into consideration the lives of others happens quite often, and this Yordle reminds not only those around them of the conundrum that it puts them in, but that it’s an essential thing for the audience to remember.
Vi
“What makes you different makes you strong. Always remember that, okay?”
Despite the rift between her and Powder, Vi was there to provide her with comfort and great advice. It’s what any big sister would do for their younger sibling.

Powder was the youngest and the weaker one between her and her siblings. But while she was not physically strong, she had other great attributes. One doesn’t always have to be good at everything to succeed. Every individual has their own set of talents and quirks that make them successful and strong. It’s advice that anyone struggling could use.
Viktor
"We lost ourselves. Lost our dream. In the pursuit of great, we failed to do good."
Despite the difference in lore, Viktor and Jayce are partners in Arcane. Viktor is an inventor who partners up with the ambitious and goal-driven Jayce once he finds the research Jayce has been doing. And despite being terminally ill, he continued with his work.
While wanting to do great things, lines were blurred, politics became involved, and feelings were hurt. Wanting to do the right thing and make a difference can become skewed by the results produced by said success. Fame and being put up in a higher position can cause issues, and when trying to continue to make a difference, it could end up tearing apart a partnership and friendship. It's a good quote that reminds the audience to remember where they come from, what the dream is, pursue it, and not let grandeur take control.
Silco
"Everyone makes mistakes, right? What's important is that we don't repeat them."
It can be surprising when a villain provides good insight and reassurance, but Silco can do so very well in certain situations despite being a twisted individual.
When an individual makes mistakes, they either acknowledge and move on, apologize repeatedly and then try desperately to avoid making the same mistake, and some disregard this and think they made no mistake at all and deny responsibility. It's good to remember that no one is perfect, that flaws are natural, and that no matter how hard an individual works, they will never be able to avoid mistakes. This quote serves as a powerful reminder to those who need to hear it!
Vi
"We've all had bad days. But we learn, and we stick together."
Despite arguing Powder's usefulness, Vi always stood up for her. And once more, Vi provides great advice from sister to sister because even when Powder slipped up, Vi was there to take care of her sister.

Bad days come and go, and mistakes are made, but those who care will always be there. Vi and Powder had a very close relationship before the explosion. They were attached to the hip when their parents died. They had a great relationship before the incident and provide a good example of how those close to each other should stick together.
Heimerdinger
"If dangerous ideas didn't excite the imagination, we would never wander astray."
Despite being cautious and wanting to take things slow, Heimerdinger does have a weakness for a bit of excitement. This excitement comes from a little bit of danger in the form of science.

A cunning aristocrat, Mel desires to see Piltover prosper. She is a knowledgeable individual who worked alongside Jayce when he was elected to be a Counsel member. And while working with him, not just for him but for her own personal gain, she did provide some good insight.
Life throws curveballs, and it's impossible to avoid every one of them. While work is put in to make for a good future, there is no guarantee that it will be perfect. But despite there being bumps in the road, there will be others who will stay alongside the individual for support and see them succeed.
Silco
"There's a monster inside all of us."
Silco is a good example of what hate can do to an individual. He allowed it to shape him and followed him until his death. And this quote reminds the audience that no one is immune to being evil.
Even if an individual strives to do good and be the best person they can be, there is always a bad side accompanying the good. Mistakes are made, and things are done and said out of anger. But some allow the bad to show more than the good, and Silco's words resonate with the audience, leaving behind a good reminder of flaws.
